Small business which were around 90% of business are the backbone of USA. Restaurant workers often make 1/3 of the states minimum wage. If you tip on a credit card the bank fees come out of the tip first before it gets distributed to employees to share. There are wage discrepancies across the board and from job to job. Price and wage difference exist in Urban, Suburban and Rural areas.

How do you solve the problem? How can you force a federal wage mandate without a current economic study? What can you do? Tip and pay service providers, research all the costs that go into small business, research how big business may pay $15/hour but cut hours and benefits. How would this affect you, friends and neighbors? What is the cause and effect of the whole picture in this government experiment?
