In this episode we are going to look at Gratitude. If you are new to a gratitude practice, it’s easy to get started and there are so many benefits! It doesn’t really matter how you start, just that you do! Also, take a little time to reflect on how the last year has gone for you and focus on what you are grateful for. Now is the perfect time to start.
