We discuss Zakiya's work with Sowing Seeds, an organization dedicated to providing support and resources for young people, particularly those involved with the juvenile justice system. Zakiya shares her personal story of overcoming challenges, the importance of mentorship, and the necessity of creating safe spaces for youth development. This conversation highlights the power of storytelling in driving social change and the impact of community-driven initiatives.
