In the previous episode I had a chat with Nancy J. Di Dia - Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Boehringer Ingelheim - a research-driven pharmaceutical company - about how she got her current role and how to best express empathy.

In this episode she talked about how the future of work may look like and best practices of managing talent.
