Pride Month is the perfect time to think about your brand, however you identify. Being authentic is about being true to who you are, but being your best authentic self is about presenting the most polished and impactful version of you. Tune in for Jayzen’s three top tips to turn up the volume to bring your BEST authentic self to work.

  1. Know Your Value: Understand and embrace the unique perspectives and strengths you bring to the table. Celebrate your identity and let it inform your work in a way that sets you apart. Your diversity is your superpower
  2. Create Inclusive Spaces: For allies and managers, it’s crucial to foster environments where everyone feels safe and valued.
  3. Network In a Real Way: No one wants to be part of your business card collection or quest to have the most connections on LinkedIn. Build relationships based on mutual respect and shared values.

This week, Jayzen is thrilled to welcome Beck Bailey to the show. Beck Bailey is the Global Chief Diversity Officer for Accenture, responsible for building a culture of equality in the workplace for over 740,000 people in 49 countries.
