Liz McKinley is the Founder and President of Pinnacle Petroleum, a $200 million company. She learned what it was like to be the only woman in the room when she was the first woman to be hired by Koch Industries at the commercial level back in the early 80’s. Liz started her own company in 1995 and rose to the top of the male dominated oil industry.
