We are excited about this episode because we're joined by Dr. Corinne Almelor, a doctor who has special training in medical care for children. Dr. Almelor is a registered nurse who graduated from UST College of Nursing and a licensed physician who graduated from UST Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Corinne Almelor, helped us address some of the common parental misconceptions that we don't discuss with our child's pediatrician. She also shared tips for boosting patient comfort and improving the patient experience for children and families visiting the hospital.
We also talked a little about her professional training and background, the main responsibilities of a Pediatrician, and a typical day or week for a doctor like her.
