He spent over three years as the Government Relations Manager for Stop Killer Robots, a coalition of more than 250 NGOs from over 70 countries advocating for international laws to regulate artificial intelligence weapon systems. After a personal tweet calling for an end to occupation, apartheid, and ethnic cleansing in Palestine, his employment was terminated. Noor now serves as the Co-Director of The Civilian Agenda, an organization producing documentaries that highlight armed conflict and the urgent need for civilian protection.
