Increasing joint ROM, is the same as your business expansion. I know you think and believe it’s much harder than that, but the truth is it’s not. I understand it’s frustrating that you are talented at coaching people, but the business side is frustrating. I also know from years of ‘letting shit go’, that it’s not that hard to overcome.
