Hey guys! Hope everything is going well for you this week. This is an interesting episode for sure. Ralph is a human like the rest of us and has been through some real tough times. His message about iron deficiency is something I'd never heard about but we think it's pretty important and if it can help just one person it's worth sharing. Rest in peace to Eric Schalles. Life is short and you should hug your homies. Toward the end we get a peek into what's going on with the bike shop and with Animal Bikes!
