First up is freshman setter Morgan Van Wie, who shares her journey from growing up as a Badgers fan to becoming one of just two players from Wisconsin on the team. We discuss her pride in representing her home state and what it means to play for the program she’s admired for so long.
Next, I chat with freshman defensive specialist Maile Chan from Portland, Oregon. Maile talks about her decision to choose Wisconsin, her passion for thrifting, and a unique story about how her parents met through volleyball.
