2 Samuel 22:29 says, "You, Lord, are my lamp; the Lord turns my darkness into light." This verse speaks to the hope and guidance God provides in times of uncertainty, difficulty, or spiritual darkness.
When we declare, "The Lord is my lamp," we acknowledge that He is the source of our understanding and strength. Rather than relying on our limited perspective, we lean on His infinite wisdom to lead us, whether through His Word, prayer, or the Holy Spirit's guidance.
