Every year approximately 200,000 veterans transition from active duty service to the private sector and the vast majority will require a new career to support their families. Many transitioning veterans experience challenges during this journey including knowing what they might do and where they can apply their military skills and experience.

Marine Corps veteran Pat Conrad experienced it firsthand when he left the service. In 2020 he created Waypoint to help other veterans trying to find jobs in the civilian sector. To date, with the help of AWS, Deloitte, and Workday, they have delivered impact to 300+ veterans, been highlighted by the White House Press and so much more!
