Welcome to ‘The Coaching Call’ with Trav and Jasper. This an unedited, unfiltered look at my personal journey back to sport. As you’ll hear over the next 4 months, I have some big goals in the gravel cycling world and I want to share that journey with you.

For context I have spent the last 2 and half years building my business InnerVoice and NTSQ Sports Group, supporting my wife Lauren in her running goals and our 2 year daughter Adelina. As you’ll hear I have lost touch with my self and my athletic goals. I have fallen victim to the excuses of not having enough time and “I’m too busy to train that much.” I want to shift that mindset in myself and hopefully help you shift your mindset of what is possible too. Today and every week I am joined by Jasper Blake who is the founding head coach of b78 coaching, he is a legend of Canadian Triathlon and one of the wisest people in the endurance sports world.The Coaching Call is designed to keep me accountable during my build up, but more importantly it’s a chance to share knowledge and interact with you, the InnerVoice community. In the future we’ll take questions, delve further into the ups and downs that come with setting goals and the build up to big challenges.
