Turning Up the Boost: Building High-Horsepower Porsches w/Craig Paisley & World Motorsports | Ep. 20
Manage episode 404212531 series 3545727
Craig Paisley started working on Japanese performance cars in the 1980s during the early days of import racing and "tuner" culture. He opened his own business selling parts for modified Japanese cars and became very successful, eventually becoming the largest distributor in his region for brands like HKS. His current shop, World Motorsports, now specializes in modifying late model Porsche 911 Turbos, mainly building high horsepower packages for drag racing and half mile events. Their packages usually aim for 800-1000 horsepower through modifications like exhaust systems, upgraded turbos, engine tuning, meth injection systems, and built engines.
