Crystal Phillips is a former National Team speed skater for the Canadian National team, a multiple sclerosis patient, advocate and Co-Founded the Branch Out Foundation which accelerates tech solutions and non-pharmaceutical approaches to neurological disorders, including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Autism, Depression, Multiple Sclerosis, Concussion, Epilepsy etc. She is currently the Health Lead for Thin Air Labs which helps create the conditions for new ventures and existing businesses to successfully occupy the future. In this episode we discuss Crystal's amazing journey through athletics and her battle with MS. We discuss how she has been thriving drug free for more than a decade and how she is trying to change the landscape when it comes to neurological disorders.
