We asked Dr. Alicia Abella, Assistant Vice President of Inventive Science at AT&T Labs and a true leader for women in STEM, to share her vision on the future of technology, where we have been, where we are going, and why, in this Technology Time Machine podcast. As a subject matter expert in cloud computing, distributed storage, distributed software systems, mobile services, the Internet of Things, and much more, Dr. Abella believes that for us to be truly innovative and make changes in the world of technology, each of these domains must learn to work together. However, before these innovations can lead to a technology rich future, society must be willing to adopt new and changing technology.
