But there is a specific kind of anxiety which would be very unique to us - "Driving a bike", "Using an escalator", "Speaking English", "Trusting someone after a break up"..
All these are some examples of anxiety which we have developed mainly because of our past experiences/traumas. We avoid those situations thinking that we are in a safe zone when we do that. But do you know that this anxiety is keeping us away from experiencing the beautiful moments of life?! :'( It is at times taking away our independent life and making us stay in a mental prison :|.
So, how to efficiently handle this anxiety?! How to conquer these demons and gain back control over our life..?! Hit play for some much needed dose of Positivity :)
