It's a heartfelt conversation between what seems like a couple of old pals : Trish interviews Nori De Vega - food blogger, independent restaurant advocate, and co-founder of "Tikim". "Tikim," which means "to taste" in Tagalog, is a concept inspired by Nori and two great pals to further the Filipino-American narrative by sharing their experiences - mostly with food. Nori talks about growing up in two VERY different cities worlds apart and how that shaped her and her tastes.
