As an entrepreneur, chances are you have gone on a personal development journey and aim to be the best version of yourself that you can be. Mike Millner is the founder of Peak Performance Optimization and has been a high-level nutrition coach for almost 10 years. He has an extensive understanding of the psychology and physiological needs of his clients that has led to thousands of success stories. Mike utilizes a personality-based approach with an emphasis on mindset to give his clients the tools they need to become the person they want to be. Through his struggles with weight, yo-yo diets, binging, and unhealthy relationships with food and exercise, Mike realized that relying on willpower simply does not work, because it is a finite resource.
