Ep. 6: Tailoring Your Business To Suit YOU, with Phoebe Scaife

How DOES she do it?!

In this week’s episode I interview the wonderfully warm Phoebe Scaife, who is not only the founder of Ruby Moon VA, and therefore provider of support (with a smile!) to business owners, but also wife, mum of two, and so much more. We explore how she specifically sought to tailor her business to suit her own personality, working preferences and lifestyle; she’s an example to us all!

Phoebe relays her story, from how she overcame dyslexia to recognise, embrace and harness her strengths, through first attending networking before she even had her own business, to balancing work with the demands of motherhood. She provides insight as to how she intentionally designed a business model around her own lifestyle, as well as the sense of achievement she has experienced from running it successfully.
