Porter talks us through the concept behind Amarilla Gorilla from when they first started brewing it back when they first opened, how the recipe helps it stand out from other IPAs in their portfolio, and how it’s become the brewery’s very first can release and one of the favorites inside and outside their taproom. We then open up fresh cans of Amarilla Gorilla and do a deep dive into the aromas and flavors of the beer.
