The "patriarchy", "male privilege", and "toxic masculinity" are casually thrown into conversation to ensure the center of many activists' narrative is the septic nature of men. But what if men are struggling with issues very similar to that of women? What if men are challenged in the same ways as women, all while women continue to prove their strength as they dominate traditionally-male labor markets? Men's suffering may be an unpopular conversation topic, but it is an important one nonetheless.
