Today I wanted to share an update and what to expect from the podcast in 2025. This podcast has evolved over the years, and each chapter has reflected a new phase of growth. As we step into 2025, it felt like the perfect time for a fresh start for both Tonya and myself.

You may have noticed the first big change: the name. HSP Wellness Warriors is now Highly Sensitive & Strong. Why? Because this new name reflects that I am taking over the podcast as Tonya steps away and it truly embodies my mission—to empower highly sensitive people to heal anxiety, embrace their unique strengths, and thrive in a world that often feels overwhelming.

This podcast will continue to be a space where highly sensitive people can find practical tools, deep insights, and relatable support. Whether you’re navigating your own anxiety, struggling with overwhelm, or learning to embrace your sensitivities as strengths, you’ll find something here for you.

Here’s what’s in store:

Bite-sized lessons to help you manage stress and anxiety. Guided practices like meditations, breathwork, and grounding exercises. Interviews with inspiring experts in the HSP and wellness communities.

I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be launching a brand-new membership program in 2025 designed specifically for highly sensitive people to take what we learn here in the podcast and go much deeper.

You’ll also be hearing more about my new Anxiety Course - a self-paced program is filled with practical tools and healing practices to help you reclaim your peace of mind and create a sense of safety in your body. It’s inspired by the work that I’ve done over the past five years with my Freedom from Anxiety small-group coaching program, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
