One of the biggest traps in the real estate industry is the cultural message that "More is better" and that selling more homes, getting more leads, recruiting more people, etc etc is the solution to your problems.

While that can sometimes be true, sometimes the "more is better" mindset can be counterproductive to your well-being (or at the worst case, maybe even destructive).

In this episode, Laura Malec and I talk through our process of moving away from a "more is better" mindset, holding our goals more loosely and flexibly, and focusing on living lives in alignment with what matters most to us - and not letting business, achievements, and production be a driving force that takes away from quality of life.
