This full moon in Libra is highlighting our relationships. This meditation is a great practice to do anytime to heal and strengthen our relationships with others which in turn heals and strengthens us. You can use this practice to release resentment or anger towards another person who has wronged you so that you can released of that energetic bond you have towards them and it can be used to strengthen relationships with loved ones. This practice is also very supportive in letting go of someone who has passed if you are struggling through grief. It can actually support you in releasing them and in that you can strengthen your relationship to them as well.

Ho'oponopono Hawaiian Forgiveness Practice Explained:

This practice to about taking responsibility for everything that affects your state of being. It's the art of acceptance, forgiveness, and cleansing of the energies that you attract into your life. The four mantra's are "I'm sorry" - When you say "I'm sorry" you are recognizing and accepting responsibility for the actions, thoughts, and emotions that have caused conflict to manifest in your life. "Please forgive me" these words are said as a request to make amends with your higher self. "Thank you" is used as an opportunity to show gratitude towards your higher self and the universe for allowing negative thoughts, actions and emotions to be cleared. Lastly, "I love you" can be emitted out to the universe as a form of gratitude for releasing the energetic ties to the person and situation.

Come back to this meditation anytime you feel the need to dissolve cords with others or send love and light to loved ones who can use support at this time.
