Is Nashville in a buyer’s market or a seller’s market? The latest market conditions are actually great for both, and I’ll explain why today.

People always ask me, “Are we in a buyer’s market or a seller’s market?” Today, I’ll go over the latest market conditions from both a buyer’s and seller’s perspective.

If you are buying a home in today’s market, you should know that interest rates continue to remain at historic lows. That means buyers have more purchasing power, so we are seeing a lot of buyer activity in the real estate market right now.
Interest rates and inventory are at historic lows!

As for sellers, inventory remains incredibly low, especially in certain price points. Because of the shortage in inventory, homes are selling very quickly and some are drawing multiple offers. Sellers are seeing phenomenal success in our current market.

Ultimately, whether you are buying or selling a home, there are many positive reasons for you to be involved in the real estate market right now.
