Aotearoa is a series about New Zealand's rich history of the gospel of Jesus arriving on these shores during the 1800s. Join us as Mike Cook explores how in the late 1700s the French Revolution led France towards extreme violence and upheaval. At the same time in England a spiritual renewal was taking place that led to a vibrant revival period with missionaries giving their all to take the Gospel to every corner of the earth. As a result, our unique covenant, the Tiriti O Waitangi (Treaty of Waitangi), was signed at the peak of this revival.
