What is up Gypsy Gang! Joining me on the podcast today is legendary Mountain Bike rider Brian Lopes. Lopes was the king of the 4 cross and dual slalom world when I was a young mountain bike racer and he was the epitome of competitiveness and cool. In this episode of the podcast we talk about his early days racing BMX in SoCal with guys like Jeremy McGrath, his transition into mountain biking, pioneering the industry, the sponsors of the 90’s, it’s transition to e-bikes and pedal assist, his time training the Troy Lee Designs team and much more.
