Eman Al Suwaidi, Senior Director of Dubai The Model Centre, brings nearly three decades of experience in government service improvement, policy-making, and performance management. Under her leadership, DMC has implemented over 1000 initiatives, improved 370+ government services, reduced service times by 50%, and saved DH700 million. She also leads the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Program for Government Services and launched the City Makers Initiative. Eman is a visionary and change leader, inspiring innovation and excellence in Dubai's public services.
