On Monday night, I got an update on my phone that Angus Cloud passed away at 25 years old. If you don’t know who that is, he played Fez on Euphoria, and if you don’t know who that is, he played one of the most popular characters on one of the biggest HBO shows in the past few years.
He was 25 years old. I’m 23. I have lots of friends that are 24 and turning 25. This was a powerful reminder that mental health needs to be talked about, especially for guys in their 20s because it’s simply something we don't talk about enough.
I talk about why I think that is, the reason I started journaling this year, and how it’s affected my life for the better.
Use this as a reminder to check in on yourself, answer the question "how are you" honestly, and check in on your friends and family.
