First off, let me say merry Christmas and happy New Year to you. This year has been amazing for us. We’ve been able to help more than 200 families find a new home this year, which is fantastic.
A lot of people have contacted us recently who are thinking of selling in 2017. As a response, we have started setting up planning sessions for all of our clients that want to sell in the next year.
These planning sessions have worked well in the past.
We will sit down, go over when you want to move, where you want to move, and how we can get you there. This has worked well for us in the past, as it allows both the seller and their agent to feel at ease. It also helps the process go much smoother.
