In this episode we are going to craft your product and get it ready to sell.

There are more steps than this but it's time to get clear on what you are going to be selling and how you will be selling it.

The most important question for you;

Are you selling a product or service?

You will find that this will be the beginning of your product suite and it it won't be the only product you will be selling over time.

Here are questions for you to develop your product or service that you plan to sell.

1. Is it a product or service?

2. What problems will it solve for you tribe?

3. What transformation will they have when they use your product or service?

4. Is it a physical product or a digital product?

5. How will it be delivered to your tribe?

6. Is it automated or will it require hands on?

7. Could this product or service be sold without physical input from you?

8. How much will it cost?

9. Why would they buy from you and not someone else?

10. How long will it take to be produced?

11. When will it be ready to promote?

12. Is it sold off your website and how?

13. Will you require to use other platforms to sell your product?

14. How will you promote it?

There will always be a ton of questions to ask and these are a few to get you thinking.
