Our friend Katerina Dikaios joins us to talk about the social implications of Bitcoin. Katerina holds a masters in psychology from Dalhousie University and has close ties to Central American countries such as Guatemala.

In this episode, we talk about Katerina's story for entering the world of crypto, we contextualize the usefulness of Bitcoin in addressing the problems faced by El Salvadorans in light of the legalization of bitcoin, we explore whether or not bitcoin is actually helping change things, or if it is a publicity and power play, and touch on what side of the political spectrum Bitcoin falls in.
