Welcome back to another Case Study episode presented by TriVelo Coaching.

In this unique story, we're not talking about a typical marathon PB or FTP improvement. Instead, we're diving into the journey of an athlete who was once a top-tier Australian Masters Champion, and whose ability was competitive against elite pro time trialists. However, years of injuries pushed him to start from scratch.

When you're an athlete who's fallen so far from your peak form, restarting from scratch is as mentally challenging as it gets.

We share this tale because many athletes face similar setbacks, and the path back can seem insurmountable.
