As well as gives some insight on what the future of automation looks like and what future leaders of Nevada should do to obtain those types of positions.

  • Work force will be looking for applicable skills rather than just checking the box of education.
  • Future proof yourself to eventual economic downturns with certificates.

[17:35] Advice to Future Leaders of Nevada

  • Be a leader now. "Lift where you stand"
  • Be present in peoples lives and help them through things.
  • Look at others as collaborators rather than competitors.
