He served as an Expert Advisor to the UK Prime Minister on Defence modernisation & the Integrated Review, leading also on UK space strategy in No10, and advising on national strategies on emerging technology. Keith is CEO of Airbridge Aviation, a not-for-profit devoted to using uncrewed cargo aircraft for the delivery of humanitarian aid. He holds a doctorate in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford.
