In this weeks episode I talk to Mark Brockhurst (@mbrockhurst)who alongside his brother and friend Casper run 3 Aces CrossFit (www.3acescrossfit.com). The guys started out with theior 1st facility in Kennington in London and then found themselves with an opportunity to open up a second facility. We talk about the journey they have been on, coaching different communitites and how they ceased upon the opporunity to open a second affiliate.
