“I tried that. It didn’t work.”

We’ve said it ourselves and we’ve heard others say it, too. I’m here today with Alexis Kingsbury and we are talking about the practical changes, like documenting processes, implementing systems and hiring positions in your business, plus the mindset changes that you need to make to overcome the blocks that are holding you back.

You may think that you can’t yet afford to hire help or purchase software, but far more likely is the case that you can’t afford not to.

Here’s advice from Alexis Kingsbury and this is what we’re walking you through today:

Go work out what works. Figure out how to help your customer and how to sell to them and then you’ll be busy working, right? because it worked. Your next job is to learn how to free up your time from it.

Alexis talks us through how to go from potential customers to happy customers, how to generate more leads and start over again.
