I have to tell you about a really difficult season I’ve just been through where I felt very overwhelmed with my life. We experienced illness, financial set backs and the loss of a loved one all at once and I just had to take a step back because I was mentally and emotionally tapped out.

If you are facing this in your life here is what I would lovingly encourage you to do.

1. You’re not alone.

2. Step out of the emotion and get the facts.

3. Reconnect with your purpose.

4. Give yourself space if you need it.

5. Take one small action so it won’t feel so daunting to come back to it tomorrow.

6. Talk to other people and share how you feel so you don’t feel shame.

These are the steps that I leaned on. Honestly, I even pushed back the launch of this podcast until it felt right. Please reach out to me if you have an experience to share. I want to help you get your sparkle back!
