Erik shares with us what it was like when he was faced with one of the biggest decisions and challenges in his career, leaving a top real estate brokerage to re-group and become a top agent. He stresses how he had to take a step back to re-invent himself, grow his brand, and take on and prepare his new team for the luxury market. He also takes us on his journey of transitioning from attorney to real estate agent and leaving the Chicago area. After 5 yrs of building and pushing through the luxury market of Hollywood Erik is finally seeing the fruits of his labor despite the challenges and trials along the way. We also talk to Erik about growing up in a highly educated family and what it is now like to be on a national TV show Love and Listings! From Execution to Excellence, Erik understands that big dreams require big plans.
