Quick personal story, Jack The Bear Mastered two of my bands EP's back in the early 2000's and I've followed him on social media since around that time. So since starting this podcast he has been on my wish-list of Podcast guests for a while.
We cover so much ground in this episode, it was such an honor to have him on the show and be so open and honest. I really want to extend my thanks him for that. We cover what is Mastering, we talk about music in general, his journey on the carnivore diet, mental health, fitness, drug addiction. All of it.
