Last we left off on the Tales of Archeron, the Tempests had made their way into Kasumi’s homeland of Takatari, but not the verdant landscape she was expecting to see. Dead and dying fields, barren farmlands, malnourished wildlife, and aggressive local monsters greeted them each day. Concerned for the well being of her home, Kasumi urged Cassie to travel day and night to reach their destination as quickly as possible, the capitol city Chunsu. After a brief battle against a group of giants the day before, the Tempests arrived at the outskirts of Chunsu where they received directions from a local as to how they could enter the city proper.
