Bad onboarding is like being thrown into a group of people doing the same dance together and not knowing the dance. That's not fun! Onboarding is the critical moment when the employee is deciding if they made the right decision or not. It's supposed to ease them into their new position and train them on how to do the 'dance' that everyone else is doing.
