TW: suicide, depression, pet death, self-harm
We are back and ready to continue our journey through the different lives of Nora Seed. Will she find the life that will make her happy? Joining us on this adventure are friends new and old! We have Dr. Chelsea Tanner, flutist, mindset coach, and host of Align Your Mind and Laurel Rockall, co-host of Hightailing Through History.
Nora Seed has come back from Australia to the realization that grief has kept her locked in one place, too depressed to take any action or move anywhere else. She decides to try life out an an Olympic swimmer, a glaciologist, and as a member of her old band, The Labyrinths, in the hopes that she can find a happier life elsewhere. She comes to realize how important her family is to her, what the value of her life is, and what a successful life means.
What is the meaning of success? We ask and explore this question as well as a variety of other subjects, such as physics, solitude versus loneliness, the grey zone between life and death, and being so focused on one thing that you lose sight of everything else. Laurel asks what our personal libraries would be, Chelsea reminds us that the brain is an organ, Brittany is an audiophile, and Catherine is a glaciologist.
