It's the Season Finale and boy did we Coronavirus ya'll to death! Jenna and Natasha vented about working virtual and missing your coworkers. It's crazy how you needed time away from your coworkers to start liking them lol. Natasha and Jenna got the Topic of the Day with the State of Maryland new employment laws. The State of Maryland has amended the state’s antidiscrimination law to prohibit employment discrimination based on certain traits, such as hairstyle and hair texture, associated with race. The State of Maryland rolled out a mini-WARN law that provides for written notifications to employees in cases where an employer experiences certain threshold reductions in operations. Lastly, The State of Maryland amended the Equal Pay Act to address the gender wage gap that may stem from an applicant’s salary history. JJ on the drug test results for Marty. Did he pass?
