When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. Ahh another one of those random movies that you never hear about that I own on DVD. I have such a vivid memory of watching this in the theater, basically because I was obsessed with the two actors, Ryan Gosling and Michael Pitt.
Even though it's not a holiday movie like at all, I enlisted Mikey to take a walk down the seedy roads of early 00s forensic true crime-ish films. We talk about how the thin script is really made up by the acting, Michael Pitt being amazing, and all the sexual tension between every character. We also touch on this being the film that brought us Sandra Bullock and Ryan Gosling as a couple for over a year.
