These aren’t really anything new, but they’re definitely something you’ll want to take to heart when growing and defining your business. It’s what I’m trying to do with Expert Empire and am slowly growing in all four areas as is evident by iTunes ratings, downloads, comments and conversations over social media. But guess what, I still want more conversation and engagement. I want to know you better.
