One of the most painful issues to face in an ultramarathon are blisters. So, it is CRUCIAL that you have a strategy to prevent and take care of blisters for your next race.

In this episode, I share the proven protocol to help you prevent blisters and take care of your feet in your next ultramarathon.

Also, I share tips on what to do in case you end up getting blisters in the middle of race, so you can stay in the fight.
