In this episode, we dive into raising your vibration! How vibration operates on a spectrum and nothing is really good or bad, we were just taught to judge what we felt. What we feel can be a tool to sense and discern vibration. How to begin raising your vibration, how there are many different ways to do so, how it can impact your life, and at the end, we do a brief meditation where Reiki is sent to raise your vibration as high as you’re ready for it to go! Then we briefly go into two tools for raising your vibration, awareness and choice. From there, I give some personal notes and talk about the energies we’re in crossing from October to November.
